Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT made as of the ______day
of__________________, 2017, between [Master’s name], and having its principal
place of business at his residence in [Master’s location] (the "Master");
and [Maid’s name], of [Maid’s location] (henceforth referred to as the "Maid").
WHEREAS Master desires to obtain the
benefit of the services of the Maid, and the Maid desires to render such
services on the terms and conditions set forth.
IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other
good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and receipt of which are
hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:
1. Terms of Employment
The Maid agrees that she will at all times
faithfully, industriously, and to the best of her skill, ability, experience
and talents, perform all the duties required of her position. In carrying out
these duties and responsibilities, the Maid shall comply with all Master’s
policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and *oral*, as are
announced by the Master from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to
by the Maid that her assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting
arrangements may be changed by the Master in his sole discretion without
causing termination of this agreement.
2. Duties
The Maid is required to perform the
following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional
manner.
(a) All dishes must be washed after any
meals are eaten in the house. All rooms must be dusted twice weekly, on Mondays
and Thursdays. Kitchen floor must be mopped every Wednesday. Laundry must be
washed and hung to air dry every weekend. Master’s laundry will be washed on
Saturdays and Maid’s laundry will be washed on Sundays. A neat and tidy
appearance of the house must be maintained in general, any out of place items
must be returned to their proper location as soon as possible.
(b) The Maid must maintain a certain image,
specifically the Master prefers a Maid who is quite full-figured, so the Maid
will be expected to gain significant amounts of weight to satisfy this
requirement. During the early stages of employment, prosthetics will be
provided but it is expected that the Maid will make every effort to gain enough
weight to no longer need these as soon as is possible. In addition, Master will
require periodic changes to hair style and color as well as other cosmetic
adjustments.
(c) Food must not be wasted. As space is
limited in the refrigerator, all staff meals must be eaten completely by the
Maid, and any leftovers from the Master’s meals must be eaten by the Maid as
well. Strict adherence to this rule will help with the weight gain requirements
present in item (b).
(d) Master will have various other requests
for the Maid as needed or desired, these must all be attended to without delay,
and are just as important as the duties specifically listed here.
3. Compensation
The Maid will be compensated by room and
board, staff meals, and the provision of both work and leisure uniforms, as
well as any prosthetics or other aesthetic changes demanded by Master. Cash
stipends will also be provided at Master’s discretion, based on quality of work
and any other criteria he deems appropriate. If ever the staff meal is
insufficient for the Maid’s appetite, Master will provide additional food,
which must be consumed in its entirety.
4. Vacation
The Maid shall not be granted any official
vacation entitlement; however she may request leave from Master, which can be
granted or denied at his discretion.
5. Benefits
Master shall at his expense provide the Maid
with the Health Plan that is currently in place or as may be in place from time
to time. Any and all medical expenses not covered by the Health Plan will also
be covered by Master. There will in addition be additional benefits provided by
Master at his sole and exclusive discretion.
6. Performance Reviews
The Maid will be provided with a written
performance appraisal at least once per week and said appraisal will be
reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed. In
addition, the Maid will be weighed and assessed for fit in her uniform, she
will be evaluated on how well she transforms herself into the Master’s ideal
servant. If she fails to maintain pace with the prescribed schedule for weight
gain, privileges will be revoked, and conversely rewards will be given for
overachieving in this arena.
7. Termination
(a) The Maid may at any time terminate this
agreement and her employment by giving not less than two years written notice
to the Master. (b) Master may terminate this Agreement and the Maid’s
employment at any time, without notice or payment in lieu of notice, for
sufficient cause. Primarily, Maid must show a good faith attempt at
transforming herself to match Master’s desired image of a household servant. (c) Master
may not terminate the employment of the Maid at any time without sufficient
cause pursuant to (b) above. (d) Any attempts at weight loss or to otherwise
defy the Master’s desires for a full-figured domestic assistant will result in
immediate dismissal. (e) The Maid agrees to return any property of the Master
at the time of termination.
8. Independent Legal Advice
The Maid acknowledges that the Master has
provided the Maid with a reasonable opportunity to obtain independent legal
advice with respect to this agreement, and that either:
(a) The Maid has had such independent legal
advice prior to executing this agreement, or; (b) The Maid has willingly chosen
not to obtain such advice and to execute this agreement without having obtained
such advice.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire
agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior
oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of
the Maid by the Master and shall be amended or modified only by written
instrument signed by both of the parties hereto. Any and all disputes in
interpretations of other language herein shall be resolved in favor of the
Master.
10. Severability
The parties hereto agree that in the event
any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or
invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Master has caused
this agreement to be executed by its duly authorized officers and the Maid has
set her hand as of the date first above written.

it would be interesting to see a 19-year-old thin man from a wealthy family accept a contract like the one you describe.
perhaps as part of one of her fantasies and that when she tries to stop her changes it is impossible to escape her contract and ends up being transformed into a very submissive fat woman who does not have the strength to escape her new life and work.
getting trapped like a good fat maid for the rest of his life.
